Zucchini Melon

First big harvest from our garden. Well, not the first food we've eaten, but the first major meal. We got these crazy zucchini things, but they taste more like a honey dew. I sliced them up, and put olive oil and parsley, rosemary, and oregano (all from the garden), and some with brown sugar. In 450c for 15 minutes, then 2 minutes broil.

They were amazing. And best of all, Meghan and the kids loved it.

We've had the little fellows barbequed and fried the last two nights as well. Must be the beginning of zucchini seasaon :)
