July 1 2009 - Nanie

One of the big changes this summer was Nanie's health turning for the worse. She's doing much better now, finally out of the hospital and slowly migrating towards a Nursing home.

Here's a much nicer picture of us with Nanie feeding the birds. After a very long wheelchair ride to the waterfront (KGH is not really focused on outdoor rehabilitation) there were no birds in site. Except for one lone seagull 500m away. But it saw a piece flying through the air, and in 10 seconds, we had 50 seagulls gladly eating what we had.
