Thanksgiving was a little less traditional this year, but I believe much more special! We took a big adventure to Wolfe Island and travelled to one of Kingston areas biggest secrets, Big Sandy Bay. The water was warm! We went swimming in lake ontario in October! The sand was amazing, as good as Sandbanks, yes it's true. And everything about it was amazing. (and free too!) The trip was much less than sandbanks, only 28 km from door to ferry to parking to beach (1.5 km walk from parking to beach). Big Sandy Beach will definately be seeing more of the Vissers next year!
Lizzie helped push most of the way there. Thanks for helping Daddy Lizzie. Micah did his job carrying and losing and finding the ball!

The bright sun changed made the camera underexpose this picture. It's still amazing, but didn't reflect how sunny it was out there. Yes, we did actually go swimming. And it didn't stop my (Aaron's) heart.
